Register to promote your garden to volunteers and other organisations on the Good to Grow Map, use the online Harvest-ometer and take part in our events including Good to Grow Day. You can now also access expert advice, guidance and bespoke insurance products tailored especially for the community growing sector via Social Farms & Gardens.

The Good to Grow Network is for everyone, whether you’re growing food already or keen to get started. We welcome community gardens, allotments, school gardens, city farms, growing enterprises and growers. Registering is free and takes about five minutes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To join Sustain’s Good to Grow Network you must:

i. Have permission from the landowner and some terms of agreement with the landowner on how the land is used and managed. At no time does Sustain accept any legal responsibility for your growing space, nor relation between landowner and growers.

ii. Notify Sustain if the contact for your growing space changes or the project ends or growing ceases.

2. If you are growing at a space open to the public or as part of a group, it is your responsibility to assess the need for and purchase public liability insurance for your growing site.  We would also advise you carry out relevant risk assessments and health and safety checks, including testing for soil contamination as and where required (more information available within our online members area). Sustain accepts no responsibility for any incidents or accidents that occur in relation to your growing site.

3. Sustain reserves the right to distance or separate the Good to Grow from any activities that might bring the campaign’s integrity or independence into disrepute.
